Nothing new until August

*Friday, June 12, 2009 Last Day of School—12:00 dismissal
Diplomas issued in 1st Period and report cards mailed home. Lunch served prior to student dismissal.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL 2009-2010 is WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12.
LEAP is the week of Aug 3rd - watch your mailbox for information - come get your books, class schedule, p.e. clothes, put money on your lunch account, get and/or return all school paperwork and forms, tour the campus and find your classes.

*All Students must have ONE new Sports packet (.pdf file) EACH YEAR filled out prior to participation in any sport.

Box-Tops support SMS Home Ec program.
*Put money on your child's lunch account online at www.mynutrikids.com There is a transaction fee of $1.75, however for every transaction for each child's account of $20 or more, a bonus meal valued at $1.80 will be added to your family account. If you have more than one child, you must put $20 on at least 1 child's account to get the bonus meal on that account. SUSD does not profit from the transaction fee. To obtain your child's cafeteria ID# call Jeanette at SUSD Central Kitchen 545-1347. If you have any other questions, please contact Billy Reid, SUSD Food Service Supervisor at 545-1347.
* We have implemented a subscriber-based Emergency Information System that is accessible through the district’s website.  The system has been designed to send instant email notifications to all subscribers whenever a situation arises that calls for timely communication.  You may have already been signed up to receive these notifications.  If not, you may do so by following these steps:
  1. Go to www.salida.k12.ca.us
  2. Click Emergency Info
  3. Enter your email address at the bottom of the screen then click Subscribe
