Home Ec. Dept. collects Box Tops at SMS to help pay for classroom materials. Please clip Box Tops and put your first and last name on every Top. Take collected Box Tops to your advisement teacher, and you may be the next weekly winner! Thanks for collecting! |

D.A.R.E. - Drug Abuse Resistance Education. All 7th graders are given the message. Link goes to the Sheriff's Dept. |

| PARENT/ADVISOR CONFERENCES - Parents and students meet with advisors in October and Late January for progress reports. |

| PROGRESS REPORTS - are given during the first and second trimester at Parent/Advisor Conferences, third trimester reports are given to students. (6 weeks) | NOT ALLOWED - Skateboards, Scooters, Skates, and Blades are not allowed on campus. |

REPORT CARDS - mailed home at the end of each trimester (12 weeks). |

DANGEROUS ITEMS - are not allowed on campus. Including, but not limited to knives, matches, lighters, laser pointers, jewelry that can be used to harm others. PLANNERS - Every student is given a planner at the beginning of the year. Use this planner to write down your homework, club meetings, sports events, or other activities or reminders that you want to remember. Planners are paid for from the planner donation competition in September and the Parents' Club |
