* To intentionally cause a physical injury to another person.
*To possess (without the principal's written permission), sell, or furnish any firearm, knife, explosive, or other dangerous object.
*To furnish, sell, negotiate to sell, or possess with the intent to sell any controlled substance.
*To commit or attempt to commit robbery or extortion.
*To threaten, attack, or commit assault or battery on any school personnel.

GUIDELINES for several offenses are listed below. Interpretation of these guidelines by the school administration will take into account the frequency, severity, and grade level at which the problem behavior occurs. Administration will make final call.

USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS: No one is permitted to use any tobacco products at any time in the school buildings, on the buses, on school grounds, or within the area surrounding the school grounds. This also applies to all school sponsored activities.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL: Alcohol and other drugs are not allowed at school. Anyone possessing these items will
immediately be sent to the office where parents and the local law enforcement will be notified by the principal.

HABITUALLY DISRUPTIVE STUDENTS: Students who through willful and overt behavior cause a disruption in the classroom, on school grounds, in school vehicles or at school activities or events frequently during the school year, whose behavior requires the attention of school personnel to deal with the disruption, shall be declared habitually disruptive students and may be required to adhere to an individual behavioral contract. Expulsion will be considered for habitually disruptive students.
